Responsible for painting/staining cabinet materials such as MDF, Solid Maple/Oak, Veneer, etc. Duties include sanding, priming, staining and/or spraying custom cabinetry and millwork for final assembly, and applying lacquers, sealants, glazers, etc. to obtain desired wood and MDF finishes.

Saw operators are responsible for setting up and operating power saws to slot, cut, and trim metallic and non-metallic materials. They are the ones who choose and install blades on machinery using hand-tools and verify dimensions of finished material using measuring devices.

Edge bander operators tend machines that veneer materials, mostly wood, to increase durability and make them aesthetically pleasing. You will also regulate the speed of the belt, set temperature control to regulate heat, brush glue on edges of panels and start and regulate the machine.

A CNC router operator uses a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) router to cut various materials, like metal, plastic, and wood. Your duties as a CNC router operator are to arrange machine setup properly before beginning work, read blueprints as instructions for cutting, and operate the machine safely.

Responsible for constructing cabinets and applying appropriate finishes, selecting the appropriate materials, fittings, and tools for each task and cutting resources down to size, as needed. Journeyman certification is not required for this position.

We are looking for Journeyman Cabinet Makers to join our industry leading manufacturing company. You should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience along with proper certification.

We custom manufacture high-end commercial millwork, we pride ourselves in providing nothing but the best in quality and craftsmanship and we are looking for a CAD Drafter to join our team. Main Responsibilities:
Required to use AutoCAD and Microvellum software to create highly detailed and precise manufacturing shop drawings from architectural plans and specifications
Work closely with in house estimators, project managers and field personnel to bring designs to completed production including modeling, construction and assembly drawings
Requirements:
Strong understanding of wood working materials and manufacturing methods
2 – 3 years minimum related experience in commercial millwork and casework fields
Proven ability to read and interpret Architectural plans and specifications

Do you like to work in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and teamwork are critical and being prepared for any curveball to come your way is paramount? This position will require you to work with standardized proven processes and to collaborate daily across departments. As an integral part of our process, you’ll be responsible for reviewing estimate requests, architectural drawings, and specifications. Main Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate product takeoffs from architectural drawings and specifications
Work with vendors and field installers to obtain their pricing required for a complete quote
Prepare and submit bid proposal to general contractor(s)
Key Qualifications:
2 – 5 years minimum commercial millwork related experience
Positive team player with strong work ethic
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Proven ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications
Knowledge of all trades, especially finish carpentry and millwork
Experience using computer based estimating programs a plus (INNERGY or similar platforms)
